Reciprocal Links - Link Exchange Defined

Reciprocal links (link exchange) are the fastest and easiest way to rank high in web searches. This process of gathering reciprocal links (link exchange) is called as link building. It is generally a time consuming process. Keeping track of reciprocal links (link exchange) can be a tedious process. Also once in a while check has to be made if the links are up. Once you rank high in search engines with reciprocal links (link exchange) then the amount of traffic to your site can rise exponentially.

Many search engines use "link popularity" when ranking web sites. The more links other sites have to your web site, the higher your link popularity, and the higher your site will be listed in the search engines. It is therefore in everyone's advantage to trade links.

So the process for Exchanging Links (reciprocal link) is simple: you add a link to our site on yours, and we'll do the same for you.

Link Exchange (reciprocal links) from other websites to your site are extremely important; you should trade links with as many sites as possible. Some search engines take link popularity into consideration when ranking sites (page as well as site level, with quality ranked more important than quantity).

One link from a well-known quality website is often more effective than several links from low traffic sites with few external links. It is probably better to form link exchange (reciprocal links) with a complimentary site rather than a competitor, although many sites achieve success employing both methods.

When the spider of Google.com, one of the world's busiest search engines, visits you, it will not index your site until you have at least one other site linking to it. A spider is a small software program that visits servers (machines that store the websites) and automatically requests documents from them for indexing.
